Ms. Fazio is a partner with the law firm of Kaman, Berlove, Marafioti, Jacobstein & Goldman, LLP.

Ms. Fazio offers legal services in the areas of matrimonial and family law. She has extensive experience assisting clients concerning premarital and post marital agreements, separation, divorce, support of children and spouses, division of marital assets and debts, and custody and visitation. She is "mediation friendly" and has also represented clients in trials in both Family Court and Supreme Court.

Ms. Fazio also provides legal services in the area of employment law, assisting individuals with matters affecting their employment on the basis of prohibited discriminatory practices. She represents clients on these matters in both state and federal courts, as well as through administrative agencies such as the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also assists clients with personal bankruptcy, wills and other ancillary matters.

Ms. Fazio is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and is past chairperson of the Family Law section of the MCBA. She has been a guest speaker for the Rochester Association of Family Mediators and the New York State Bar Association.
